The project realized a 99% occupancy within the first nine months and is presently under negotiation for sale to a large institutional investor located in the U.S.

Lake City
Barrington Partners has partnered with Foellner Realty to develop 54 acres of land in Columbia County’s crown jewel, Lake City. Phase one will include 176 luxury apartments with first class amenities. A new, beautifully appointed residential clubhouse will offer a spacious gathering place for family and friends, complete with catering kitchen, a sparking pool as well as state of the art media center. Future plans include townhomes, villas and retail space creating what will certainly be Lake City’s most sought after neighborhood.

Villa San Marco
Villa San Marco, a luxury apartment project with 176 units located in St. Augustine Florida, was completed by Barrington Partners in February, 2005. Combining tunnel form concrete construction and first class amenities, the project was well received by the entire real estate community. Four months after opening, Villa San Marco was bought and successfully converted to condominiums. Due to the high quality of the original construction, Villa San Marco sold out within 9 months of conversion.
